Terms & Conditions

Return policy

We want you to be happy with your order—but as a small studio where everything is made by hand, we can only accept returns in specific cases.

Returns are accepted only if we’ve accidentally sent the wrong item (we’re only human—mistakes can happen!). If this happens, please email us at amfoorstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.

Prices and payment

Payments must be made via the payment methods offered on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card, or any other available option.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that we’re a small studio and everything is made with care.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–6 business days, though delays may occur depending on the situation.

International orders typically take 5–15 business days, but timing can vary depending on your location and customs.

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We’d love that. Just get in touch to arrange a studio pickup, and we’ll happily refund the shipping cost once it’s confirmed.

We always aim to send out orders as quickly as possible, but from time to time it might take a few days—especially during busy periods or depending on the number of orders and studio schedule.

Please be patient. We’re a small studio, and most of the work is done by just one pair of hands, with occasional help. Every piece is carefully packed, labeled, and shipped by us—one order at a time.

If there’s ever a delay in sending your order, we’ll be sure to let you know. Thank you for your understanding, and for supporting thoughtful, handmade ceramics.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays.

Ownership

Ownership of the product will transfer to the buyer only once the payment has been made in full.

Liability

We are not liable by any damage caused by the customer. Ceramic products are fragile; please handle them with care during use and storage.

Warranty

Our products come with a statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet the expectations you can reasonably have, considering the nature of the product. If the product is defective, we will offer a solution in the form of repair, replacement, or a refund.

Complaints

Our products are handmade, meaning they may slightly vary from the product shown on the website in size, colour and shape. This makes each product unique.
